High in protein, vitamins and minerals, it is gluten free. All parts of the plant are edible and used for stir fry, salads, whole grain and milled for flour.

We grow naturally,using sunshine,water and fresh air. There are no pesticides or herbicides used in our program. No noxious sprays for any problems. In fact, Amaranth needs little help to grow once it germinates. It is extremely drought resistant and loves heat. It does like a little organic fish fertilizer delivered through the sub-irrigation system. This is a water conservation initiative that has been used for some years.
